NP RevenuePARTNERS

About

We understand the clinical work behind the claim.

NP Revenue Partners is a revenue-operations company founded by a dual-certified nurse practitioner with experience building and operating primary care, psychiatric, telehealth, house-call, and facility-based service lines. That experience shapes a simple standard: clinical, credentialing, authorization, coding, billing, and collections workflows should operate as one system—not as separate vendors blaming one another.

LW

“I built this because I know what it feels like to deliver the care, manage the team, watch the payer portals—and still wonder where the revenue is getting stuck.”

Larry Wilkes, MSN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C

How we think

Operations first. Reporting that names an owner.

Numbers without accountability are decoration. Every report we produce connects a balance, a denial, or a pending application to a person, a next action, and a date.

  • Clinical context: documentation conversations that respect patient care realities
  • Owner-to-owner thinking: delayed claims affect payroll, hiring, access, and growth
  • Actionable visibility: each number has a responsible person and a due date
  • Prevention over rework: denial causes feed back into the workflow
  • Honest scope: we say what is included and what is not

Security & compliance posture

Trust begins before access is granted.

These are process commitments describing how we work. They are not a certification, and we do not describe this website, our tools, or our company as “HIPAA certified.”

BAA before PHI access

A Business Associate Agreement and service scope are completed before protected information is accessed.

Least-privilege access

Named users, individual credentials, multifactor authentication, and role-based permissions are the default.

Approved communication channels

Public forms and ordinary text messages are not used to transmit patient information.

Auditable workflows

Submissions, follow-up, changes, and escalations are documented so the practice retains visibility.
