No protected health information through this website
This website is not a patient portal and is not intended for protected health information (PHI). Please do not submit patient names, dates of birth, member or claim identifiers, diagnoses, clinical records, or claim documents through any form on this site. If PHI is received unintentionally, we will handle it according to our internal procedures and will redirect the sender to an approved channel.

- To provide requested information about services and resources.
- To maintain the security and reliability of the website.
Client engagements
Where an engagement requires access to protected health information, a Business Associate Agreement and defined service scope are completed before access is granted. Client data handling is governed by that agreement and the applicable service terms rather than by this website policy.
Sharing
We do not sell information submitted through this website. Information may be shared with service providers who support our operations, or where required by law.
